Houthi rebels from Yemen tried to attack Israel with missiles and drones. On October 30, they fired a ballistic missile at Israel, which Israel successfully intercepted with the Arrow 2 air defense missile system.
Where for the first time such a long-range ballistic missile was fired in a war, the Israeli air defense system set a new record by intercepting this Yemeni missile in space. This is the first successful military operation of any country in space.
