El Guanito fired eight shots into the ceiling of a Mexican bar in which one person was injured.
El Guanito is the son of Aureliano El Guano who is wanted by the U.S. Department of Justice on drug trafficking charges.
In November, the US offered a $5 million reward for information leading to the arrest of El Guano.
El Guanito was in the bar with his gang and was confronted by the police on his way out but the police let them go because they were outnumbered and had a lot of weapons with them.
