Thousands of people have been killed in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict so far. Most of the casualties have been on the side of Palestine. Israel is receiving a lot of arms from Europe and the US, while giving arms to Palestine is prohibited. In western countries, People are protesting against giving arms to Israel and there are demands for an immediate ceasefire.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog gave an interview to MSNBC and said that they are not only fighting their war, they are also fighting the West’s war.
“This war is not only a war between Israel and Hamas, it’s a war that is intended, really, truly, to save Western civilization. To save the values of Western civilization.” Isaac Herzog said.
