This is because if not done, there is a risk of sanctions being imposed on the company in the United States and its allied nations, which could potentially lead to the complete collapse of the company.
The U.S. has demanded $4 billion from Changpeng Zhao to settle the charges against him related to Binance. According to sources, he is ready to pay even an amount exceeding $4 billion for this purpose. After CZ pays this amount, it is expected that the U.S. will halt further legal action against him regarding the charges. If this happens, it will be among one of the big fines in cryptocurrency cases.
