Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Petro Poroshenko was prevented from leaving the country by border security forces.
According to the sources, yesterday Poroshenko was going to Hungary, a neighboring country of Ukraine. But he was stopped by the border security at the Ukrainian border and returned. The Ukrainian SBU expressed concern that Poroshenko wanted to meet the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Urban.
And the discussion in this meeting can be used by Russia against us. SBU said that the Russian special services want to use former Prime Minister Poroshenko.
The spokesperson of the Hungarian government responded to this statement of the SBU, by saying “Political purges are further evidence that Ukraine is not yet ready for membership in the European Union.”
