According to sources, a US citizen was arrested in Kenya for supporting the terrorist group Al-Shabaab, and later handed over to American authorities.

According to reports, on December 14, Kenyan police arrested 23-year-old US citizen Kareem Nasr and extradited him to the United States. The US Justice Department issued a statement regarding this incident.

“Nasr took specific steps to join and receive military training from al-Shabaab*, including making flight and lodging reservations for travel to Kenya, where he planned to meet members of al-Shabaab for further travel to Somalia to join and train with the group,”

The Houthis reacted to the coalition of 39 countries against them.
