A small plane crashed into a tree while taking off in Paraguay and burst into flames as it fell to the ground.
According to sources, the plane crashed near an airport, 110 miles away from the capital of Paraguay. Four people were killed in the crash. Paraguayan lawmaker, Walter Harms is among the dead. He is a legislator for the Rulling Colorado Party.
