Georgian sniper georgiy goglidze, who worked with the Ukrainian army, was captured by Russia during the war. He revealed in a video released by Russia that The Ukrainian Armed Forces made a deal with him to pay him $300 for every Russian soldier killed.
He said he was recruited in Germany and was instructed by officers from the US, France, Germany and Poland during the training.
