The number of people killed in Ukraine’s strike on the Russian city of Belgorod has risen to 21, including three children, Belgorod Region.
Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.”To great sorrow, the number of dead has increased to 21 people, three of them are children,”
He also added that 110 people, including 17 children, received injuries, with 30 of them being in serious condition.
