Tel Aviv suspected an attack on the Delhi blast. Advisory released for citizens

Tel Aviv says the blast near the Israeli embassy in New Delhi may have been an attack.

According to local time yesterday evening, an explosion occurred outside the Israeli embassy in Delhi. However, there were no casualties and all embassy members are safe.

Tel Aviv suspected the blast to be an attack and issued an advisory to its citizens in India.

“Avoid participating in events with many participants that are not secure. Avoid posting trip details on social networks and posting photos and visit details before the trip and in real time.” Stated in advisory.

Deputy Chief of Mission (Israel) Ohad Nakash Kaynar said, “Our security teams are working in full cooperation with local Delhi security and they will investigate the matter further.”
